Abstract: © 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London. In this paper, we investigate the preference of Thai tourists such as accommodations, restaurants, attractions and transportation modes. Moreover, the purpose of this study is to construct a trip planning for appropriate tourist preferences, specifically, we discover the attributes from top favorite websites. The questionnaire consists of two parts, Tourist and Tourism information. Data were collected by the survey from Thai tourists in Chiang Mai and analyzed by SPSS 17 statistic software including the reliability coefficients, descriptive, and inference statistics by using the compared means and ANOVA. The results showed the interesting facts, for example, age group of 25–44 years old, in the Accommodation domain, they prefer Hotel as well as Resort, Attraction domain is Food and Sightseeing Tours, Restaurant domain is Thai and Vietnamese. Finally, the Transportation domain is Car and Van.
