Abstract: This study aimed to examine administration and management institution curriculum using ASEAN curriculum handbook under the secondary educational service area office 34, and to identify problems and solutions about administration and management institution curriculum using ASEAN curriculum handbook. The samples are the 296 personnel from 37 schools under the secondary educational service area office 34. The study concluded that administration and management institution curriculum using ASEAN curriculum handbook under the secondary educational service area office 34. Collect data 4 issues include curriculum development, planning and implementation of the curriculum, the enhancement of the quality of the curriculum with research and development, and improvement and curriculum development. Concludes that, the overall of administration and management institution curriculum using ASEAN curriculum handbook under the secondary educational service area office 34 is great extent. When considering In each issue found that: The first, Overall of curriculum development is great extent. However, major problem is school personnel have less knowledge about the development of curriculum. And found that there are ways to improve is training academy about curriculum development for school personnel to improve teaching and learning. The second, Overall of planning and implementation of the curriculum is great extent. And major problem is teachers effect analysis course to use to the teaching plan. And need to understanding about planning of implementation the curriculum. The third, Overall of the enhancement of the quality of the curriculum with research and development and Improvement is great extent. However, major problem is teachers understand that the research and create the problem for them. And found ways to improve is schools should motivation and provide training about classroom research. The final, Overall of Improvement and curriculum development is great extent. And major problem is the teachers have a teaching load and other large workload. And found ways to improve is the schools should provide training about curriculum and researching.
