การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมภายใต้แนวคิดความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของฟาร์มสุกรในตำบลอินทขิล อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This independent study aimed to analyze the environmental management under corporate responsibility concept of pig farms in Intaklin Subdistrict, Mae Taeng district, Chaing Mai province. The purpose or this study are 1) study the processes of environmental management and corporate social responsibility of the pig farms for approaching to be the green farm model. 2) study the satisfiction of the community to the result of pig farm environmental management. 3) study the problems and obstacles of the pig- farm environmental management in the area. 4) relate the opinions and suggestions of the stake-holders about the improvement of the environmental management for providing the long-term farm sustainability. This independent study used a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research data. The research methodology carried out using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The samples used in this study included 350 samples from the community of Pangkawng village, Nongpueng village, Thubdeau village (the villages of Mae Taeng District) and 16 interviews of government officers and academicians and the pig-farm traders. The result of the study shows that the pig farms in the area of study to practice the environment management and social responsibility ( =1.75) in the manner of controlling and checking the pollutions, the wastes (residual liquid and solid) which was carried out under the supervision of community representators . The stake- holders in the population of Inthakiln subdistrict, Mae Taeng district, Chiang Mai province are not satisfy with the environmental management of pig farms. ( =2.44) But their dissatifictions are different in requirements and comments of problem solving. The stake-holders of the population require the continuous maintainance of development and improvment in farm managements such as improvement of the broiler houses, the biogas systems by coverling with plastics, strictly controlling the pollutions and the wastes by product. ( =2.65)
