Abstract: The objective of this study was to study the result of using role playing activities to develop Chinese listening and speaking skills of Mathayom Suksa 5 students at Wiangjedeewittaya School, Li District Lamphun Province. The sample of 30 Mathayom Suksa 5/7 students were purposively selected during the second semester of the 2557 academic year. The instruments used in this study were 8 plans of role playing activities and a form of Chinese listening ability test. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this study revealed that students’ Chinese language skills were at a good level, at the mean of 74.95. Students’ listening and speaking skills were at a good level, at the mean of 76.63. And the ability in role playing was at a good level, at the mean of 75.52. The students’ learning behavior in language usage, listening, speaking, and role playing were improved from lesson plan 3 th through lesson plan 8th, respectively. And students’ listening ability was at a satisfied level; the mean was 27.90 which was passed the criterion.
