Abstract: The purpose of the research is to study structure and economic value added in the Logan Supply Chain. The study also explores other factors which may affect Logan Farmer decision making to processed Logan it was focused on analysis of causal structural relationship model between variables within the structural equation model by analyzing elements with linear structural model to study relationship between external latent variables (General factor of Longan farmer such as sex age education area and size) and internal latent factor (marginal benefit and marginal cost factor). The data used in this study is a primary data obtained from collecting questionnaire from the Longan Farmer who in Lamphun Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative System, totaling 450 samples. The study result revealed that perceived impact on environment, logistics and trust significantly affect the resident support (p < 0.05). An analysis estimate indicator of Marginal Benefit shown Longan Farmer concern mainly is factor to solve the unemployed problem. Second is factor to have a new product and factor to have an experience. An analysis estimate indicator of Marginal Cost shown Longan Farmer concern mainly is factor capital. Second is factor equipment to use for processed Longan and factor the increase production process.
