Abstract

This independent study, “Factors Affecting the Acceptance of Property Registration Information System in the Office of the Court of Justice,” aimed to 1) study the factors affecting the acceptance level of the usage of the property registration program by supply officers in the Court of Justice, and 2) study the acceptance level of the program’s usage by these supply officers. The study’s population comprised 248 supply officers in the Court of Justice who use the property registration program. The samples were selected by using Yamane’s formula of sampling size and a specific sampling method. There were 153 samples. The data were collected by questionnaires about the opinions of the supply officers toward the factors affecting the acceptance level toward using the property registration information system program. The data were analyzed by the statistical method of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and descriptive statistical analysis. The hypothesis was tested by the coefficient of correlation analysis. The findings reveal that the opinions toward the factors affecting the acceptance level of using the program were at a high level overall. In detail, the factors of advantage acknowledgements, relation of work and experiences, and readiness for changes were at a high level. The factors of usage facilities, the relation of the system, and the training programs were at a moderate level. The study of correlation reveal that the factors related to the acceptance of using the property registration program were the advantage acknowledgements, usage facilities and the readiness for changes. The factors related to the program’s usage facilities were the relation of the work and experiences, the relation of the system and the readiness for changes. The factors of the program’s usage facilities were not related to the training programs.
