Abstract: The objective of this independent study was to study process and result of pictures usage to develop word pronunciation skill of a child with hearing impairment and purposive sampling were utilized a 11-year old boy study grade 5 municipal umoung1MuangLamphun a child with hearing impairment level 5. The main instruments included 1) Individual Education Plan 2) Individualized Implementation Plan 3) knowing words observation form 4) an interview form. The data were analyzed using compare with percentage of pre and post teaching program and descriptive explanation. The result of the study showed teaching with pictures usage from basic words index for pre-school combine to the lips look technique and perceive the feeling from the lips express word technique can increasing the development in word pronunciation skill with progressive in pronunciation skill average 79.16 percent and knowing words average 87.50 percent. So that the conclude of this independent study was the pictures usage can used to develop word pronunciation skill in a child with hearing impairment level 5.
