Abstract: The purpose of this independent study was to study the effects of organizing teaching and learning activities on logarithm functions by using Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model for Mathayom Suksa 5 studens. The targeted group were 43 MathayomSuksa5/1 students at Sahasartsuksa School in the first semester of academic year 2014.The research instruments consisted of lesson plans on logarithm function by usingTAI model,mathematics achievement test, and questionnaires on satisfaction about teaching and learning activities on logarithm function by using TAI models.The data was analyzed in terms of mean and percentage. The results from this study showed that more than half of the students (81.40% of the total students)passed the 60% criteriontest on logarithm functions and the students’ satisfaction about teaching and learning activities on logarithm functions by using TAI models was at high level.
