Abstract: Independent study is The purpose is to Teachers’ Performance Concerning Functional Competency Development under of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35 which is the size of the population is head teacher. Deputy head teacher and teachers of 2,434. The sample size was determined using square blocks of Crazy Morgan. At 0.05 The result was 450 people, simple random sampling. The tools used to collect data analysis was performed by using frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The study found that the competency of the work of teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the school district has undergone 35 operations / reality were at a high level. When considering the sort of averaging less to be: 1) Classroom Management 2) learning management 3) Relationship and Collaboration Building for Learning Management 4) Student Development and 5) Analysis and Syntheis & Classroom Research. The problems that the Lack of development for teachers to design learning activities that are consistent with the needs of diverse learners. The solution is to develop teachers to design learning activities that are consistent with the diverse needs of learners with a variety of methods.
