Abstract: The purposes of the research are 1) to study the development of student’s Activities and 2) to study the opinion towards Future Technicians of Thailand students in developing works which based on Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA). The sample was 21 the Future Technicians of Thailand students and 5 teachers in extra-curricular activity period. Also, the instruments to use for collecting data were lesson plans, observation form and questionnaires. All the data were analyzed statically by means and standard deviation. The finding results were as follows: The study about Future Technicians of Thailand in developing works which based on Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) skills by letting students participate in group to present their ideas though mind map. The results were very good level. According to Teacher’s class observation indicated that the majority skills which based on Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) in developing of student’s activities were improvement skills form the other’s advices, suggestion acceptance skills from the other’s idea and develop in management skill to achievement. According to the student’s opinions toward Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) in working development found that the majority skill was Check (C) and the minority was Action (A) which were in very good level. Also, the others were Planning (P) and Action (A) which were in good level.
