Abstract: A Study of Guidelines for Student Affairs Management for Sustainable Waste Management of Thasala School, Chiang Mai Province aimed to: 1) Study the current state of Student Affairs Management for waste management at Thasala School, Chiang Mai Province. 2) Develop practical guidelines for student affairs management for sustainable waste management at Thasala School, Chiang Mai Province. And 3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented sustainable waste management practices at Thasala School, Chiang Mai Province. The study employed a three-step approach. 1) Investigating current student affairs management for waste management conditions: Data on waste management practices were collected from 142 purposive samples on school administrators, teachers, and parents of students at Thasala School using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 2) Developing Student Affairs Management for Sustainable Waste Management Guidelines: Interviews were conducted with five administrators or teachers responsible for waste management at the school. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis. And 3) Evaluating student affairs Management for sustainable waste management practices: An assessment form for sustainable waste management practices was developed and administered to 30 experts and stakeholders. The data were analyzed using averages and standard deviation to evaluate the suitability, feasibility, and usefulness of the developed guidelines. The results of this study found that: 1) The overall student affairs aanagement for waste management condition at Thasala School was moderate. When considering each aspect of waste management practices, reuse ranked the highest, followed by reduction and recycling, respectively. 2) A total of guidelines for Student affairs management for sustainable waste management of Thasala School, Chiang Mai Province has 30 approaches. And 3) The evaluation confirmed that the developed guidelines were suitable, feasible, and beneficial for implementation.
