Abstract: This study investigated the application of asphalt pavement concrete derived from the deconstruction of existing asphalt pavement. The results are intended to provide a reference for producing concrete curbs and gutters. Asphalt concrete fragments sourced from the 1st Chiangrai Highway District, managed by the Department of Highways, replaced 3/4 inch granitestone coarse aggregates at rates of 0%, 50%, and 100%. The research used cement mixtures with ratios of fine aggregate to coarse aggregate of 1:1.55:2.2 and 1:2:1.5 based on cement weight. A water-cement ratio of 0.60 was maintained to facilitate the compressive strength test conducted at intervals of 7, 14, and 28 days. The flow and compressive strength of the concrete diminished as the substitution of coarse aggregates with asphalt scraps increased. At seven days, the concrete mixed at a ratio of 1:1.55:2.2 displayed a compressive strength surpassing 260 kilograms per cubic centimeter. In contrast, concrete mixed at a ratio of 1:2:1.5 demonstrated a compressive strength exceeding 300 kilograms per cubic centimeter. Both mixtures presented compressive strengths roughly 1–18% higher than the standards set by the Department of Highways.
