Abstract: This independent study aimed to 1) survey problems and recommendations for internal supervision in the next normal era to enhance academic achievement at Chumchonbanfonwittaya School, Lampang province, 2) study the internal supervision in the next normal era to enhance academic achievement of the model schools, and 3) develop a manual for the internal supervision in the next normal era to enhance academic achievement at Chumchonbanfonwittaya School, Lampang province. There were three steps in conducting the study: 1) study Conditions, problems, and suggestions of internal supervision in order to raise achievement in the next era. The target group used in the study was school directors. There are 33 teachers of Chunchonbanfonwittaya school. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. Statistics used in data analysis are mean, standard deviation, and frequency. 2) Study of methods for implementing internal supervision to raise achievement in the next era of schools with Best practices. The target group used was 3 school directors. The instrument used to collect data was interviews. Data were analyzed using inductive inference. and 3) drafting and reviewing the internal supervision manual to raise results in the next era. The target group was specifically selected from 5 experts. Examination of the internal supervision manual. tools used is consensus voting. The following were the findings of the study: 1. Conditions and problems of internal supervision in the next era to raise school achievement. Ban Fon Witthaya Community The condition of supervision within the next generation era of Chunchonbanfonwittaya school, Lampang Province, is overall at a moderate level. Problems in creating media/supervision tools as for the school, there is no internal supervision manual. for teachers to use as a guideline for practice 2. Studying supervision within the next era to enhance academic achievement of schools with best practices. It was found that school directors, supervisors, and supervisors should have a meeting of administrators and teachers to clarify guidelines for creating Internal supervision media/tools School directors, supervisees, and supervisees jointly design internal supervision monitoring tools. The school director is a leader in creating knowledge. understanding about Supervision tools School Supervisor Director and the person being supervised work together to create tools for supervision that enable supervision to achieve its objectives, such as supervision methods, supervision skills. Supervision techniques It is a media that is consistent with the 21st century, emphasizing the use of ICT in various forms, such as the use of social media. Teleconferencing and jointly use media/tools. 3. Drafting a manual for internal supervision in the next Way Era to enhance academic achievement of Chunchonbanfonwittaya school, Lampang Province. There are 5 steps of supervision: 1) Studying the current conditions, problems, and needs of internal supervision in the Way Era. next to raise the level of achievement 2) planning supervision within the next way of life era to raise the level of achievement 3) creating media and tools for supervision within the next way of life to raise the level of achievement 4) supervising operations within the way era Next to raise achievement 5) Evaluation and reporting results Internal supervision in the next era to raise achievement A manual for internal supervision in the next era to enhance academic achievement of Chunchonbanfonwittaya school, Lampang Province, which consists of 3 parts: which consists of 3 parts: Part 1: Introduction, including the background and importance, objectives, scope of Supervision The role of those involved in supervision within the school The success of supervision within the school Expected benefits Basic information about the school, part 2, internal supervision process Supervision structure within Chunchonbanfonwittaya school Calendar schedule for supervision work within the school internal supervision plan Putting the school supervision plan into practice, part 3, appendix, school supervision tools and the results of manual inspection through consensus as appropriate
