Abstract: This study aimed to study 1) All sectors have a collaboration network, Network model, Collaboration network process and Working pattern and relationship of all sectors put network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants together. 2) All sectors participate with network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants together in forest fire prevention and haze pollution in protected forest areas, Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai Province, and 3) Network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants and All sectors cooperate process, problems encountered, and problem solutions to forest fire prevention and haze pollution. This qualitative research made use of in-depth interviews and focus groups who 7 government officers, 4 community leaders, 21 network leaders, 5 forest fire workers, and 21 volunteers. The tools used in semi-structured interviews contain open-ended questions. The results revealed that 1) All sectors cooperate with network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants for forest fire prevention and haze pollution in the Mae Ai District area consisting of the Local Administrative Organization, Subdistrict Headman, Village Headman, Village leaders, and Villagers that network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants. They collaborate with government officers consisting of Mae Ai District officer, Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park officer, Doi Pha Hom Pok Forest Fire Control Station officer, Subdistrict Administrative Organization officer, Municipality officer, military, police, temple personnel, school personnel, and private sector in Mae Ai District area. The collaboration involved assigning roles, functions, missions, and activities that each party was responsible for, exchanging information, support equipment, and budgets. The working patterns and relationships of all sectors are formal and informal. 2) Participation in the collaboration network was government officers' awareness of the problem and open-mindedness for all sector's opinions. They had more functions and activities for the Subdistrict Headman, Village leaders, Forest Fire Control Station officer, and network of volunteers protecting national parks, wildlife and plants for reassurance and participation in deciding all working processes and They had many potentiate in decided. 3) Participation was collaborative learning about activities processes and negotiation in formal and informal. They have an MOU for accepting agreements and managing objectives that develop leadership in deciding for each other. Therefore, the activities process was done and the performance together.
