Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study Study the approaches to solving land problems. Public participation of stakeholders Guidelines for creating cooperation between government sectors and the stakeholders in the area, and the expectations and needs of the people who are interested in land use management methods in the area. This study used a qualitative research method. Key informants were a group of 4 park rangers, 16 village chiefs and village headmen, and group discussions. Residents who occupy the area, 25 people and a group of 30 people who come to do activities in the area. The instrument used for data collection was a semi-structured interview. Data was analyzed by content analysis and inductive inference modeling data analysis. The study found that 1) approaches and procedures for resolving land problems of people in conserved forest areas Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, according to Section 64 of the National Park Act B.E. Each village/community issues announcements and surveys on people's land holdings in conserved forest areas with the people. Organize general meetings and go on field trips to listen to opinions, problems, and needs of the people in small groups and use their opinions to determine solutions to problems. 2) Participation of stakeholders in the area of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park Mueang Chiang Mai District Chiang Mai Province Doi Suthep-Pui National Park Doi Suthep-Pui National Park Protection unit has provided news and information to village headmen, village headmen, citizens, stakeholders through the meeting of the working group at the area level and announcing the period for surveying land ownership of the people. This leads to the lack of a mutually agreed arrangement to solve problems in each village and sub-district, and there is no joint assessment. 4) Expectations of stakeholders on land use management methods in Doi Suthep-Pui National Park There is a transparent examination of land tenure rights. equality and fairness. The law is strictly enforced against the holders or use the land that violates every law strictly. Use the principles of community integration along with the prevention and suppression work Study and coordinate with the community in boundary marking. and supporting activities in order to live or make a living in the national park and there are relief measures that help reduce conflicts between communities and national parks.
