Abstract: The research study presents a developed software for delivery sequencing in real-time purchasing orders list in LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) delivery business in Thailand. In practice, customers call the LPG call center requesting services and each customer's order mostly requires an immediate service. Then routing and scheduling is done in real time. The delivery provider needs to make a decision all the time due to the continuous incoming orders, so they made more complicated in routes and schedules. Hence, the objective of this study is to develop a sequential delivery software for LPG Delivery in real-time continuous incoming purchasing orders lists for calculating an appropriate total distance and able to delivery in time. The system is divided into 3 phases. The first phase is to collect the gradually incoming data for calculation. The second phase is order assignment under the restriction by heuristics techniques, applying Two-Phase Algorithm in Cluster-First Route- Second. The Cluster is finding seed point by Farthest Insertion Method and Sequencing by Nearest Neighbor Algorithm. For more better result local search improvement is used. Finally, the third phase is to schedule the dispatches on a real time basis by dynamic time calculation. To compare the result of similar customer waiting times, it was found that the distance per cycle of the proposed method is higher than determined manually. However the results of the total distance is reduced 19.53% , increased the utilization value, and customers waiting time decreased 46% of all orders. In addition, the developed systems can use the proposed method to be a tool for estimating transportation appropriate time window and for better transport planning.
