Abstract: This research aimed to (1) examine the relationship between perceived job insecurity, trust in organization, and readiness for organizational change, and (2) investigate the moderating role of trust in organization towards the relationship between perceived job insecurity and readiness for organizational change of employees in airline industry. The correlational research design was used. The samples were 400 full-time employees in airline industry: white-collar workers, ground staff, flight attendants, and pilots. The research instruments employed in this research were (1) a demographic questionnaire, (2) a perceived job insecurity questionnaire, (3) a readiness for organizational change questionnaire, and (4) a trust-in-organization questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The PROCESS Macro Program (Model 1) proposed by Hayes (2018) was used to test the hypotheses regarding the moderation effects. The results were as follows: (1) perceived job insecurity had a significantly negative correlation with readiness for organizational change at the .01 level (r = -.198) (2) trust in organization had a significantly positive correlation with readiness for organizational change at the .05 level (r = .119) and (3) trust in organization was significantly moderated towards the relationship between perceived job insecurity and readiness for organizational change.
