Abstract

This research aims to study 1) the model of the collective network operation of Mae Charim Highland Development Project using the Royal Project System and 2) the method to constantly maintain the network operation for the achievement of the project. This research is qualitative research in which the researcher collects data by using the in-depth interview of 22 interviewees who are the key person in the strategic management of the project. The results show that the model of collective working network of the project is an area-based and functional network. There is a formal cooperation pattern and horizontal relationship among members. The study also finds that members continually join the project' activities and has a good relationship preserving. There is an initiate to produce incentive mechanism, provide adequate resources and support, and promote new leaders continuously. hiang Mai University The result of the study leads to the suggestion that, for the success of network operation, the project should adopt the integration between each sector into network operation because each sector has different mission and capabilities including personnel, information and budget. Therefore, the integration of all sectors will make the network ready in all aspects, and be able to drive the network to success.
