Abstract: The purpose of independent study on “Visitor Satisfaction Towards Planetarium at Princess Sirindhorn AstroPark, Chiang Mai Province” is to study about the expectations and satisfaction of customers of planetarium. Data on 389 samples were gathered from visitors to the planetarium using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, inferential statistics and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) comparative analysis. The study found that the most of visitors were female, 217 people, representing 55.8%, aged between 21-25 years old, 154 people, representing 39.6%. education with bachelor's degree, 274 people, representing 70.4%, students, 256 people, representing 65.8%, income less than or equal to 10,000 baht, 230 people, representing 59.1%, and most of them had ever visit the Planetarium at Princess Sirindhorn AstroPark, Chiang Mai Province (in the 1 past year) at 1-2 times, 309 people, representing 79.4%. Analyzing by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to compare expectations and satisfaction it was discovered that the factor of place was in the A quadrant, the factors of product, price, and promotion were in the C quadrant, while the factors of people and physical evidence were in the B quadrant.
