Abstract: This independent study analyzes the factors affecting customer priorities using multiple data sources for the International Accreditation Services business with a conceptual representation of the importance of this independent study. Prioritize customer lists to present products. As the current offering model does not prioritize and take into account a number of factors that will result in a more effective offering. Therefore, developers conduct independent research into the analysis of factors affecting customer priorities by starting to study the factors that may affect them and then taking those factors into the process. factor analysis by visualizing information In order to see the overall picture of the data as a dimension that is different from the general data model in Microsoft Excel, it is possible to find observations from the data from three types of data: In terms of industry factors, the food factory business was the type that had the highest number of requests for certification and the next two were Electronic parts manufacturing business and energy business In terms of financial viability factor, if observed from those interested in purchasing the certification service, it was found that the ability to spend on investments was approximately four times higher than those of the non- interested group. Including the registered capital factor, income factor, and asset value factor that are significantly higher than average, therefore, the priority has been concluded for those with a food industry and financial condition in terms of income, Spending ability, registered capital and asset value by considering together in order to prioritize the service offering to further the organization.
