Abstract: This research question of this thesis are as follws 1) the process of reproduction of the Nakha Khamchanod shows the way of thinking and the process of cultural selection. How it relates to faith, miracleism, and 2) the mechanism makes How is the original meaning changed in the process? All of this We can see that legends are the basis for other cultural practices such as agricultural rituals. Medical treatment, fortune-telling, etc. These cultural practices also project a library of cultural experiences and beliefs. And when the world enters the globalization era The flow of faith and miracles have increased. The legend was reproduced and a new meaning was created. Through borrowing of antiques and treasures, it is also passed on to other cultural practices. The study found The meaning of the serpent has retained its original definition and has changed in the context of modern society. which the meaning in the tales and legends are reproduced through the process of becoming a commodity. Both in the form of sacred objects, entertainment media and lottery culture which is an important factor in the production of Nakata The commodification of Nakata is a result of globalization that has affected the changes in tourism policies and the behavior of people facing imbalances in life. caused by the volatility of social change under globalization And although modern thinking seems to have pushed the current of superstition away, but at the same time causing a reversal of the superstitious way of thinking People therefore choose to self-sustain and define themselves in both scientific and superstitious problems. In terms of cultural selection and domination The cultivators used their powers to choose cultures to match their power patterns and inflict semantic resistance and dominance behavior. In this manner, the culture becomes an object. and actions in the Kham Chanot area It is considered an act of politics and governance as well.
