Abstract: This study aims to study situations and investigating needs in the arrangement of supporting factors for personnel work performance at Fangchanupathum School, Fang District, Chiang Mai province. The study group of people was 110 teacher and employees of Fangchanupathum School, Fang District, Chiang Mai province. The instruments used in collecting data was questionnaire which divided into three parts. The data analysis was done by finding out the frequency and percentage. From the study, it was found out that in the overall picture the arrangement of supporting factors for personnel work performance at Fangchanupathum School, Fang District, Chiang Mai province was do it in school. Then, according to analyze data by considering the sub-factors, they were found out that from the high to low on arrangement of supporting factors were paid to the following terms: the personal relations, communication, the compensation and stability, responsibility, success, acceptance, job characteristic, working cooperation, policy and administration, ruling term, advance in duty, and working environment in orderly. The investigating needs in the arrangement of supporting factors for personnel work performance at Fangchanupathum School, Fang District, Chiang Mai province was need in the school. Then, according to analyze data by considering the sub-factors, they were found out that from the high to low on arrangement of supporting factors were paid to the following terms: the compensation and stability, acceptance, ruling term, communication, working environment, policy and administration, the personal relations, acceptance, working cooperation, and success in orderly. For the moderate marks, the following terms were mentioned : responsibility, and job characteristic in orderly.
