Abstract: The objective of this study is to study the problem and the suggestion in management of local learning resources participatory of Ban Na Pa Peak School. The data providers were school administrator, academic teacher, teacher, community leader, school committee, local wisdom representative, monk and local administrator representative, 30 of them and to study the guidelines of local learning resources participatory of Ban Na Pa Peak School. The data providers were supervisor of educational service area, school administration, academic teacher, village headman, local wisdom in any fields and supervisor of local wisdom, 14 of them. The tool used in this study were questionnaire for school administrator, academic teacher and teacher about local learning resources management and the questionnaire for participant from the community about local learning resources management. The data was qualitative analyzed by summarizing from the interview then distributed the frequency according to the points and used the point of the conversation and group conversation record to search for local learning resources participatory management and presented by narration. The study result for the problem and the suggestion in local learning resources management showed that the procedure was planed systematically but lacked of participation of administrator, teacher, local wisdom and community. It was found that there were not participation as a committee from school committee who were represented from community leader, parents, local wisdom, monk, local administration and government section developing the local curriculum. The suggestion is the administrator should create atmosphere of participation, allocate the time for academic teacher, teacher and involving sectors to plan and pay attention to the management of learning resources together. About the examination and assessment, it was found that there was no cooperation from the community to be participated in the procedure, no experts who clearly understand about examination and assessment for internal quality assurance. The suggestion is they all should work together to determine the requirement for supervision to monitor the quality of management and development. The guidelines of local learning resources participatory of Ban Pa Na Paek School, for the school system, there should be some management planning seriously, systematically and continuously, supporting for human resource, budget and management resource including to encouraging involving sectors to be participated in making decision in every procedure of educational management, curriculum development and local learning management systematically and according to the need of the learner. Moreover, there must be creating of some understanding in the role of involving sectors to have them have more attention, developing academic leader and creating more awareness to administrator. There must also be a report, assessment and supervision which have standard and effectiveness. The guidelines for local learning resources management are to have the learner preserve their own culture, create more unity, insert more content of wisdom value, history and natural resources conservation.
