Abstract

The objective of this study is to focus on developing a system that allows victims of criminal cases to easily access information and monitor the progress of their cases. The goal is to solve the problem of communication between victims and police officers. The scope of the study includes the application of technology to facilitate the follow-up process of reporting to the police. The sample consisted of 30 victims of criminal cases, and the data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study show that the developed system can meet the needs of users very well. The work efficiency is complete and accurate in accordance with the assigned duties. Users are satisfied with the screen design and ease of use. However, the performance of the system in terms of speed is still a point of improvement. In addition, it has been found that processes that reduce operational time. This includes knowing the progress of reporting, communicating with police officers, and disseminating information to warn of technological crimes. The system also facilitates police officers to provide services and ease their workload. As a result, a high level of satisfaction is achieved.
