Abstract: The purpose of this study is 1) To study the management conditions of short-term vocational courses for students at Chiang Mai Polytechnic College. 2) To study guidelines for administering short-term vocational courses to raise labor skill standards. 3) To create and examine guidelines for administering short-term vocational courses to raise labor skill standards for students at Chiang Mai Polytechnic College. There are 3 study steps: Step 1: Study of the management conditions of short-term vocational courses for students at Chiang Mai Polytechnic College. Target group used in the study There were a total of 32 people. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire. Step 2: Study of guidelines for administering short-term vocational courses to raise the standard of labor skills with good practices. Target group used in this study Choose specifically A total of 9 informants were used. The tool used in the study was a structured interview. Step 3: Creation and examination of guidelines for administering short-term vocational courses to raise the skill standards of students at Chiang Mai Polytechnic College. The target group used by Purposive Sampling included 5 experts from outside the educational institution. Tools used in the study It is a quality check form in 3 areas: correctness, appropriateness, and feasibility. The Results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Conditions of administration of short-term vocational courses for students at Chiang Mai Polytechnic College. Overall it is at a high level (µ= 3.91, σ = 0.73) when considering each aspect. Arranged in order of average values from highest to lowest, namely planning the use of educational institution curricula (µ= 4.16, σ = 0.79), followed by The aspect of preparing the educational institution curriculum (µ = 3.98, σ = 0.64), followed by the aspect of using the educational institution curriculum (µ = 3.95, σ = 0.79), followed by the aspect of evaluating the educational institution curriculum (µ = 3.80, σ = 0.80) and the needs of the labor market and establishments (µ = 3.65, σ = 0.62), respectively. From interviews with experts studying guidelines for managing short vocational courses to raise labor skill standards with good practices, it was found that the director of the educational institution Deputy Director of Educational Institution Director of the Skill Development Center and skilled labor trainers Under the Department of Skill Development has proposed guidelines in the area of Following up on the performance of graduates from the workplace Determine the desired characteristics of learners in accordance with the Department of Skill Development. Integrating the skills testing criteria for each profession into the curriculum The academic department is required to invite experts in educational supervision to continuously monitor the results of the curriculum implementation. and the most important part to achieve the objective Educational institutions should arrange for all students to take a skill standard test. and passed the test from the Department of Skill Development From drafting and reviewing guidelines for managing short-term vocational courses to raise the skill standards of Chiang Mai Polytechnic College students. It consists of a 5-component guideline with results of verification, accuracy, appropriateness, and feasibility. Overall it is at the highest level. and passed the criteria that have been set in every aspect
