Abstract

Independent study, Master of Public Administration program, Chiang Mai University. In the topic of Result of Access to Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD) in Khlong Lan District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. The purposes of this study were 1) to study the result of Access to Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD) and 2) to study the obstacle of access to Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD). By collecting data from a sample group of users in Khlong Lan District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. From the survey, totaling 400 individuals, and in-depth interviews with 10 local officers. It was found that the overall access to Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD) among the sample group was relatively low. The obstacles of the study were as follows: 1) Public relations does not cover all areas. 2) Equipment and internet signals for using the Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD) are lacking readiness. 3) Lack of skills in using Digital Identity Verification and Authentication Systems of the Department of Provincial Administration (ThaiD) of people.
