Abstract: The purposes of this research are 1) To analyze behaviors that influence the chronic low back pain of graphic designers 2. Develop a prototype video for chronic low back pain prevention and treatment of the target group 3. Evaluate the prototype video according to the design thinking approach. The samples of this study are all 28 graphic designers of a private company. It is a purposive sampling. Four of the 28 graphic designers had chronic low back pain and were selected for further study. This research emphasizes understanding the cause, preventive method, and basic self-treatment before seeing the doctor of the four graphic designers. In doing so, the researcher develops a prototype video with the consultancy of an expert in physical therapy and an expert in media design, the researcher develops a prototype video for the prevention and treatment of chronic low-back pain. The making of this prototype video is based on the five steps of the design thinking framework: 1. Understanding 2. Identification of the problems 3. Brainstorming 4. Prototype creation 5. Test and evaluation. After all, four graphic designers who suffered from chronic low-back pain had seen the prototype video and practiced self-treatment, the researcher evaluated the effectiveness and satisfaction of the techniques shown in the video. According to the rating scale questionnaire concerning pain-level of 1-10, the average decrease is 3.75 from 7.25 and the level of significance at (p = .005). As for the level of prototype video satisfaction from the 1-5 rating scale of six items the average satisfaction is 4.87 with the level of significance at (p = .005). The researcher interviewed four samples for their suggestions concerning the possible improvement of the prototype video one sample suggested that there should be more written explanation. Another sample suggested that techniques for the prevention and treatment of upper back pain should be added to the video.
