Abstract: The research study on “Impacts of CoronaVirus Disease (Covid-19) Pandemic on the Business of New Automotive in Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province '' this research aims to study overall information on the new automotive business in terms of production, services, and employment. Moreover, to study the changes and the operation in the new automotive sales business of each company during the coronavirus pandemic in Muang District, Chiang Mai Province. The researcher used qualitative research methods by collecting data from websites and used in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs in the new automotive sales business group, with 10 companies. The results of the study found that the new automotive sales business company's production is based in Thailand. Most companies focused on passenger cars and multi-purpose vehicles with a combustion engine. The company's services are divided into 2 main parts which are sales service department and maintenance department. As a result of the spread of the coronavirus, the company's revenue has decreased, followed by the cancellation of customer meeting activities, organizing various events. Finally, the adjustment of the salary and bonus. As an impact of the government's electric vehicles policy, the positive side is that the company's revenues are increased for companies that produce electric vehicles, on the other hand, the negative side is that the company's revenues are decreased for companies that do not yet produce electric vehicles. The process that proceeds from the spread of the coronavirus. Every company has increased measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus by keeping a distance, wearing a mask and using alcohol gel to wash your hands including maintaining cleanliness in the service hall area. Moreover, every company has changed their work schedule, adding more holidays, and working from home and changing various media formats to online formats. In terms of dealing with the government's electric vehicles policy that helps consumers. Most companies focus on building customer confidence in their products and focus on creating more reliability in electric vehicles for customers. In the future, some companies will be able to import electric vehicles under the confidence of consumers and can support a wider variety of customer groups.
