Abstract: In recent years, the pace of China's new industrialization has accelerated significantly, but new industrialization in the new era has new connotations and new characteristics, and it is necessary to accurately grasp and innovate development paths to stimulate more new results. Achieving new industrialization will enhance resource advantages. It is of great significance to transform economic advantages and promote urbanization development. Based on relevant theory, the article uses panel regression and linear regression to analyze the dynamic relationship between urbanization, industrialization and new industrialized economic growth in 30 provinces in China. In addition, the study reveals the benefits of new industrialization. Such as employment, efficiency, environmental protection, etc. By analyzing the impact of industrialization and urbanization on urban economic growth, it can provide forecast and decision-making support for policy makers, further promote urban economic development and enhance the level of industrialization. The results show that China's economic growth will promote the urbanization process in each province, while indicating that the degree of industrialization will inhibit the urbanization process in each province. In other words, the healthy development of urbanization is promoted by the transformation and upgrading of industrialization. Which is conducive to the integrated development of cities And industries. However, there are misunderstandings such as "deindustrialization" in China's theoretical understanding of urbanization, and phenomena such as pseudo urbanization also exist in practice. For example, to promote urbanization, accelerate the coverage of basic public services to the permanent population and effectively protect the rural rights and interests of rural farmers in cities. Through high-quality urban and rural development, to enhance people's quality of life and promote comprehensive urbanization. The second point is to strengthen urban technology and industrial support. The government can make full use of the new generation of information technology to build a smart ecosystem with open and shared data resources, public awareness, and vigorous development. Finally, to promote industrialization is to adhere to scientific and technological innovation and improve the quality of workers as technical support. Implement key core technology research projects for weak links in the industrial sector.Focus on the use of new technologies and emphasize the driving role of industrialization on the continuous transfer of rural labor force and the improvement of urbanization.
