Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing satisfaction with Electronic Documentary Storage and Retrieval Systems for clerical work in government agencies, using a case study approach at the Halal Science Center, Chulalongkorn University. This research specifically aims to identify the factors contributing to user satisfaction and to delineate the challenges faced during the implementation of these systems. The study's sample consists of 50 staff members across three offices within the Halal Science Center, employing both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including t-tests and one-way ANOVA, to process the data. Overall satisfaction with the electronic documentary storage and retrieval system at the Halal Science Center is notably high, especially in terms of system efficiency, procedural workflows, and interface design. Nonetheless, the study also uncovers moderate concerns related to issues and obstacles that impact satisfaction levels with the system's implementation.
