Abstract: The purpose of this independent study aimed to study Feasibility Study on Investment in Swimming Construction and Maintenance Business in Chiang Mai Province. The study investigated the feasibility of the project from five perspectives: environment, marketing, technical, management, and financial. The study is conducted through in-depth interview with three business owners in swimming pool construction and maintenance, using a purposive selection method to gather information on economics, investment cost, expenses, management, and relevant laws, and survey questionnaires collected from 161 individuals who either own swimming pools or are involved in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools, using convenience sampling. The collected data is analyzed and presented through descriptive statistics, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis. Regarding environmental feasibility, the study finds that political factors, short-term economic stimulus policies, and infrastructure development positively impact the business. However, certain policies, such as minimum wage increases and import controls, present challenges. Economically, the country's economic expansion trend is favorable in the long term, although fluctuations in import prices pose challenges. Socially, urbanization, middle-class growth, and health consciousness contribute positively, while technological advancements reduce construction costs and improve market accessibility. However, increased industry competition and stringent environmental regulations pose challenges. Legal factors such as construction standards and safety regulations positively influence business management, reducing risks associated with project execution. In terms of marketing feasibility, both individual and corporate clients prioritize quality materials, compliance with legal standards, and professional services. The company targets the lower-upper class demographic, offering concrete pool construction at a price range of 25,000 to 30,000 Baht per square meter and monthly maintenance services. Marketing efforts include online advertising and social media promotion without offering discounts. Concerning managerial feasibility, the business is structured as a limited company with 15 employees covering management, sales, online marketing, accounting, design, engineering, maintenance, and cleaning. Financial feasibility analysis reveals a total investment of 3,000,000 Baht, with the project cost estimated at 2,626,100 Baht, and a payback period of 1 year and 9 months, yielding a net present value of 1,863,700 Baht at a 30% discount rate and an internal rate of return of 58%. In conclusion, the research suggests that investing in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools in Chiang Mai province is feasible
