กระบวนการความร่วมมือในการจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านต้นผึ้ง ตำบลแม่โป่ง อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

The objectives of the study were: 1. To study the cooperation process between government, people, communities and private sectors in Ban Ton Phueng Community Forest Management, Mae Pong Sub-district, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province and 2. To study the factors of the cooperation process that lead to success in Ban Ton Phueng Community Forest Management, Mae Pong Subdistrict, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province. The researcher chose to use the case study method. The key informant were community leaders, people in the community, representatives of relevant government agencies and representatives from Ban Ton Phueng Community Forest Management Agency, Mae Pong Subdistrict, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province, 17 people. The tools used in the study were 1) In-depth interviews and 2) Non-participant observations. The researcher used the content analysis to collect secondary data from relevant documents and interview data and non-participatory observation. The results of the study showed that 1) the process of cooperation between the public sector, the public, the community, the private sector in the management of Ban Ton Phueng Community Forest, Mae Pong Sub-district, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province as follows: (1) building understanding in the area through face-to-face dialogue; (2) building trust in working together in the form of planning with the community; (3) committing to solving the problem together; (4) sharing understanding of knowledge (5) intermediate Outcomes 2) the factors that lead to success in Ban Ton Phueng Community Forest Management, consists of (1) initiative of community (2) participation in the community and (3) supporting form external organizations awareness in the community.
