Abstract

The purposes of this study were (1) to examine the relationship between participative leadership, psychological ownership, and trust in leader on voice behavior; and (2) to investigate the mediating role of psychological ownership and trust in leader. The sample were collected 236 teachers in vocational colleges in the northern part of Thailand. Mediation analysis was conducted by using Process Macro Model 4. The findings illustrated the significant direct effect of participative leadership and psychological ownership on voice behavior (p<.001), and trust in leader had a significant direct effect on voice behavior (p<.05). Moreover, the findings demonstrated that both psychological ownership and trust in leader played as partial mediation roles in the relationship between participative leadership and voice behavior.
