Abstract: The aims of this research were 1) to study the current conditions, desirable condition and needs for curriculum administration focusing on student Learning outcomes in Lamphun municipal Schools. 2) to study on the curriculum administration where performs the best practice school and 3) to develop and examine the Guidelines for curriculum administration focusing on student learning outcomes in Lamphun municipal Schools. The process of this study has divided in 3 steps including was 14 school directors or deputy directors 116 teachers and 5 experts total 135 people. The research tools include questionnaires, structured interviews, meeting agendas and agendas form and checklists. The statistics used for data analysis include mean, standard deviation, frequency, Priority Need of Index, and inferential summary analysis. From the study, the needs of the curriculum administration focusing on student Learning outcomes in Lamphun municipal schools were respectively sorted descending order of needs as follows 1) creating curriculum development 2) curriculum management operations 3) improvement and development of curriculum management processes 4) action planning for curriculum implementation 5) school preparedness 6) supervision, guidance, monitoring and evaluation and lastly, 7) summary of operational results. The study on the curriculum administration where performs the best practice school has found school administrators and teachers collaborate to analyze the basic needs of students. This serves as crucial information for developing educational curricula to meet students' needs and enhance skills in each subject area. Additionally, it involves examining the educational context, emerging career trends, and opportunities for higher education. Furthermore, it considers the current and future labor market demands. The outcome on drafting the curriculum administration focusing on student Learning outcomes in Lamphun municipal schools has provided the frameworks which are 1) the principal 2) the objectives 3) the operational methods 4) the conditions of success. In the same vein, he auditing result of the guideline quality showed that the accuracy suitability and possibility was in the highest level.
