Abstract: Researching and creating artificial intelligence system components that can alert users and provide automated answers to queries. within the automated library system Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Phayao seeks to create resources that will facilitate communication between the library and its patrons as well as help patrons find books. To specify routes for communication the requirement to gather data from service users and research how to use it to improve the caliber of library services. through asking service users about their needs. with the results of the library users' satisfaction survey, along with percentage, mean, and standard deviation values The investigation and development's findings revealed that Using the Line application, the majority of the sample group at the Boromarajonani College of Nursing Library in Phayao would like to receive information notifications via online communication channels. Getting relevant information is the most important thing. The same holds true for usage in academic or professional settings where readability is required.
