Abstract: The objectives of this study were (1) to examine the relationship between leader support, employee well-being, and knowledge sharing behavior among middle-level managers in all Area Excise Branch Offices, and (2) to investigate the mediating role of employee well-being in the relationship between leader support and knowledge sharing behavior of supervisors. This research employed a correlational research design. The participants were 215 middle-level managers working in supervisory roles in all Area Excise Branch Offices. The research utilized three main instruments: a knowledge sharing behavior scale, a perceived supervisor support scales, and a job-related affective well-being scale. Data analysis involved Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation analysis using the Process macro Model 4. Bootstrap analysis was conducted by defining the number of random samples to 1,000 tests. The findings of the study revealed: 1. Leader support had a significant positive correlation with knowledge sharing behavior at the .01 (r = .439). 2. Leader support had a significant positive correlated with employee well-being at the .01 (r = .395). 3. Employee well-being had a positive correlation with knowledge sharing behavior at the .01 (r = .425). 4. Employee well-being partially mediated the relationship between leader support and knowledge sharing behavior among supervisors, with statistically significant at .01 and indirect effect = .102
