Abstract: The purposes of this research were to create and implement online CLIL-based English reading lesson plans for upper secondary school students, and to study the English reading skills of upper secondary school students using online CLIL-based English reading lesson plans. The sample group was 57 Mathayom Suksa 6 students who studied in the science and math program, at the Prince Royal's College, Mueang Distict, Chiang Mai, Thailand enrolling in English reading and writing 5 (E33201) in the first semester of the 2021 academic year using cluster random sampling. The experimental instruments consisted of five online CLIL-based English reading lesson plans for upper secondary school students. The data collecting instrument was the English reading comprehension test. The data gained were analyzed for mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test score. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The online CLIL-based English reading lesson plans for upper secondary school students were effective and practical. 2. After being taught using online CLIL-based English reading lesson plans for upper secondary school students, the students' English reading skills improved.
