Abstract

This independent study is a study on risk management analysis in project research management. Wellness City Research Project Management Case Study. The objective of this independent study is to study the risk management process of the Wellness City Chiang Mai research project and to propose risk management guidelines for the Wellness City Chiang Mai research project. The results showed that the Wellness City Chiang Mai research project had 4 risk factors: strategic risk, financial risk operational risks, and legal risks and project binding requirements. The risk that affects the management of the Wellness City Chiang Mai projects the most is operational risk. (some researchers are unable to submit work as specified by the project), followed by financial risks. (delayed funding) and legal risks and project-binding requirements (the regulations of each agency are different. causing difficulties in making a memorandum of agreement (MOU)). Therefore, the risk management guidelines of the Wellness City Chiang Mai research project consist of risk reduction, potential impact reduction and reducing the likelihood of that risk.
