Abstract

This thesis aims to study legal frameworks of anti-money laundering regulations in the United States and China under the area of cryptocurrency arrangements which are related to games in the blockchain system to offer recommendation for Thailand's legislative measures to prevent and combat money laundering through these platforms. Money laundering is a type of financial crimes that can have far-reaching negative consequences for the economy and national security. These procedural offenses will be transformed by the development of technology and technical methods to facilitate processes. The more overlap of transactions will conceal and disguise the source of illegal cash will be more complicated the investigation and confiscation procedures. Cryptocurrencies are among the most effective complicated for investigation and aiding illicit activity. In addition to the uniqueness of low crime costs, they also involve the lack of cross-border transaction constraints. Cryptocurrencies are among the most effective instruments for aiding illicit activity. According to the comparison of anti-money laundering laws of both countries, the United States and China, recognize the importance of financial technology problems, but they have different financial strategies, and also, they utilize different approaches to preventing forms of money laundering through these platforms.
