Abstract: | The objective of this research was to study the organizational culture that affected employees’ work performance at Regional Asset Development and Distribution Division (Northern Region) , Bangkok Commercial Asset Management. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean. The analysis was based on the culture of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or B A M which consisted of 1) Betterment 2) Achievement 3) Management, which affected 7 categories of Organization Culture of the employees at Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited Regional Asset Development and Distribution Division (Northern Region), namely 1) Detail-oriented culture 2) Achievement-oriented culture 3) People-oriented culture 4) Teamwork-oriented culture 5) Competition-oriented and beating business competitors culture 6) Stability-oriented culture 7) Innovative-oriented culture and risks acceptance. The results of the study showed that Most of the questionnaire respondents were male, aged between 46 - 55 years old, single, graduated with Bachelor's degree, held the position as the officer level 7 and they had been working in Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited for 1 – 7 years. The results of the study showed that Organization culture of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited in every aspect affects the performance of staff of the Regional Asset Development and Distribution Division (Northern Region) at a high level in all aspects. In order of the mean values, the organizational cultures can be arranged as follows, Achievement, determination to cooperate to achieve success, Betterment, continuous improvement and development are aimed at making significant improvements compared to the previous state, and Management, having a good personnel and management system within the organization. The results of study showed that the 7 Characteristics of Organizational Culture Theory All characteristics affecting the performance of employees in Regional Asset Development and Distribution Division (Northern Region) of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited are as follows, Achievement-oriented culture, Detail-oriented culture, Competition-oriented and beating business competitors culture, Teamwork-oriented culture, Stability-oriented culture, People-oriented culture and Innovative-oriented culture and risks acceptance. |
