Abstract: The objectives of this research were to study the online cooperative learning innovation in history to promote creative community resource management skills of high school students, to develop the lesson plans of online cooperative learning innovation in history to promote creative community resource management skills of high school students, and to study the results of using the lesson plans of online cooperative learning innovation in history to promote creative community resource management skills of high school students. The sample comprised 2 groups; The head of Social Studies department and teachers and the people who are relevant to the study area (15) obtained by using the purposive sampling method, and the 30 Matthayom 5 students who enrolled in the History subject. The research instruments included the document analysis form of the online cooperative learning management, a questionnaire titled the online cooperative learning management, a non-structure interview titled the promote creative community resource management skills, an evaluation form of learning innovation, an evaluation form of creative community resource management skills, and a satisfaction survey form after the implementation. Methods for data analysis included mean (x ̅), standard deviation (S.D.), and content analysis. The results revealed that Online Cooperative Learning Innovation in History to Promote Creative Community Resource Management Skills of High School Students consisted of 4 steps called “PROE”; plan, relate, organize, and evaluate. The lesson plans of Online Cooperative Learning Innovation in History to Promote Creative Community Resource Management Skills of High School Students consisted of 4 units which are “Who created civilization?”, “Who owned new society?”, “Who made change of the society?”, and “The faith belonged to whom?”. The overall results were very high; learning process, teaching materials, learning standard, evaluation and measurement, and the core subject. The results of using of Online Cooperative Learning Innovation in History to Promote Creative Community Resource Management Skills of High School Students with the sample group during 12 hours and the evaluation of creative community resource management skills. It was found that the students were able to create the History Conceptual and have the highest level in community resource management skills which consisted of 1) learners were able to evaluate the importance, value, and ability of community resource. 2)learners were able to make a decision in which beneficial for community resource. 3)learners were able to present an accurate data about community resource via the digital platform. The evaluation form after the implementation was shown that the students had the highest level of satisfaction in 2 categories which included teacher intended and gave a chance for them to share their individual opinions and the media was suitable for online learning management.
