Abstract: This study of ''Guidelines for Yunnan Chinese Food Culture Management in Kea Noi Village, to be a Learning Center for Chinese Arts and Culture in Yunnanese, Kea Noi Village, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province". This study is based on investigating the historical sources, social background and cultural traditions of Kae Noi Village, so as to study the existing food and cultural habits of the Chinese village from the source. This research focuses on qualitative research, interdisciplinary research and descriptive research, and analyzes and discusses the history, social background and cultural traditions of local Yunnanese villages. Put forward whether the idea of opening an art and cultural learning center on Yunnan food culture in Kea Noi Village, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province can to help the Yunnanese community better protect and inherit traditional food culture. The results of the study revealed that Kae Noi Village has a Yunnan Chinese food culture that has been inherited for a long time to the present. Although the new generation of Kae Noi Village people grew up in a traditional environment from a young age. But most of them still do not understand the specific meaning of traditional culture due to the lack of experience skills, traditional patterns professional traditional culture. Therefore, to manage Yunnan Chinese food culture Kae Noi Village to be a learning center for Chinese arts and culture in Yunnanese to help the locals better protect and inherit Chinese traditional culture, especially the food culture
