Abstract: The objectivws of the study were: 1) To Develop the Components and Indicators of Art Graduates Quality Majoring in English Faculty of Languages, Souphanouvong University, Lao PDR. 2) Examine the Structural Validity and the Quality of the Art Graduate’ Quality model majoring in English, Faculty of Languages, Souphanouvong University. The Samples in this research were 293 participants who included; administrators, lecturers, Curriculum Instructors, University academic committees, graduate students, and entrepreneurs; A five-point rating scale was used for data collection. There were 2 questionnaires, the first was used in quality test for indicators of Confirmatory factor Analysis by Mplus program version 7.4, and the second was used for quality inspection in suitability, feasibility, accuracy, and utility of the elements and indicators of the art graduates’ quality by analyzing the mean standard deviation. The results show that: the development of the Components and indicators of Art Graduates’ Quality Majoring in English Faculty of Languages, Souphanouvong University, Lao PDR has 4 components which are; Knowledge, Cognitive Skill, Performance Skill, and Attribute. The sixteen indicators of the suitability were found to be high. The factor and structural analysis found that the quality art graduate model development was appropriately consistent and aligned with the empirical data in which the chi-square e (χ2 ) =78.656; df=64; P-Value=0.1028; in χ2 /df =1.229; RMSEA= 0.030; CFI=0.994; TLI= 0.989 and SRMR= 0.034 were based on the fit criteria or principles of fit consideration. Results from 32 administrators, lecturers, Curriculum Instructors, and University academic committees on the model’s quality in suitability, feasibility, accuracy, and utility of the elements and indicators developed had high level mean with: Mean=4.09, 4.08, 4.16 and 4.11 respectively.
