Abstract: The purposes of the research entitled Designing a Teaching Profession Curriculum of Elementary Education based on Outcome-Based Education and Education 4.0 were to 1) design a teaching profession curriculum of elementary education based on outcome-based education and education 4.0 and 2) to assess the teaching profession curriculum of elementary education based on outcome-based education and education 4.0. The researcher implemented 3 steps of research methodology including step 1: data study and analysis and interviews with qualified experts, graduate employers, students and alumni in a total of 11 persons; research tools were document and data analysis form and semi-structured interview form, step 2: curriculum design in which the data from the step 1 were employed for processing, designing and developing a curriculum and step 3: curriculum assessment to assess the suitability and feasibility of the curriculum’s components as well as to assess value, quality and utility of courses in the curriculum which were made by 10 qualified experts and graduate employers; research tools were the curriculum suitability and feasibility assessment form and assessment form of value, quality and utility of courses in the curriculum. Data were analyzed by finding means, standard deviation and content analysis. Conclusion of research results 1. The teaching profession curriculum of elementary education based on outcome-based education and Education 4.0 consisted of components which were 1) curriculum title 2) the curriculum’s philosophy, significance and objectives 3) program learning outcomes 4) structures of the curriculum and courses 5) filed experience specifications and 6) strategies of education management based on program learning outcomes as well as specifications of courses in a total of 46 courses and 138 credits. 2. The overall result of the assessment of suitability and feasibility of components of the teaching profession curriculum of elementary education based on outcome-based education and Education 4.0 is at the high level. Also, the overall picture of courses in the curriculum had value, quality and utility at the high level.
