dc.description.abstract	This research aims to improvement of overall equipment effectiveness of the machine at Electronics Industry by choosing a machine that had most loss from operating. The investigation started from finding the reasons for issues that caused the overall equipment effectiveness to be low. Analyzing the data before the checklist of Pareto diagram and Failure mode and effect analysis, It was found that the low of variable which is availability. Therefore, the author studied to apply preventive maintenance to solve the problems. In summary, with graphing compare between before and after improvement. The result from study and improving, It was found that the average overall equipment effectiveness was increased 10.47% from 75.11% to 85.58%.	en_US

thesis.description.thaiAbstract	การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักร ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้เพิ่มขึ้น โดยได้คัดเลือกเครื่องจักรจากมูลค่าที่สูญเสียสูงที่สุด จากการทำงานที่ไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ และศึกษาหาสาเหตุที่ทำให้ค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรที่ต่ำ โดยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลก่อนการปรับปรุงด้วยแผนภาพพาเรโต การวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวและผลกระทบ พบว่าตัวแปรที่มีค่าต่ำคือ อัตราการเดินของเครื่อง ดังนั้นจึงนำปัญหาดังกล่าวมาดำเนินการศึกษาวิจัยในส่วนของการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน และสรุปผลโดยการนำกราฟก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงมาเปรียบเทียบ ผลจากการศึกษาและปรับปรุงพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรเพิ่มขึ้น 10.47% จากเดิม 75.11% เป็น 85.58%	en_US
