Abstract: | This independent study aims to study and analyze inventory management of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Nakornping Hospital. This study collected primary and secondary data from demands, purchasing order records, and costs from October 2020 to September 2021 by using ABC Analysis to classify inventories. Then applied Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), and Safety Stock for inventory management. This study found that a total of 625 inventories. A consisted of 103(16.48%) inventories, with a yearly purchasing value of 28,288,155(79.12%) baht, were classified as inventory type A. 141(22.56%) inventories, the yearly purchasing value of 5,577,657(15.60%) baht, were classified as inventory type B. 381(60.96%) inventories, the yearly purchasing value of 1,886,898(5.28%) baht were category as inventory type C. Application for the EOQ, ROP, and safety stock with service level 95% to 25 inventories type A, which demands were constant. This study found that the average inventory level reduced by 1,522(78.05%) units, the average inventory value reduced by 2,881,212.9(70.99%) baht, a total inventory management costs reduced by 118,471.84 (64.73%) baht per year. |
