dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to solve the problem and development of the automatic library program that supports the user in Lao PDR and enable the libraries of college educational institutions in Laos PDR to access database and exchange the information technology to each other by using Interoperability Model. This program has tested 4 state colleges in Laos PDR. We applied a spiral model to design and develop the prototype of library automation which supports Laos language and the basic requirement of librarian behavior. This approach can be useful to the college educational institutions in Laos PDR for using it in the future. | en_US |
