Abstract: Learning management consistent with student behaviors is student centered learning management, contributing to efficient and enjoyable learning. The research aimed (1) to analyze alpha generation primary students’ behavior, (2) to analyze teacher experiences in learning management consistent with alpha generation primary students’ behavior, and (3) to develop a learning management model consistent with alpha generation primary students’ behavior. Students’behaviors were analyzed from questioning 300 teachers and 500 generation primary students in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Multi-stage sampling technique was used to select the participants. The quality of the research instruments in terms of Index of item objective congruence (IOC) ranged from 0.67 to 1.00. User experiences were analyzed using an interview and group discussion among teachers teaching generation primary students. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using content analysis for group classification and experience conclusion. The findings from the study were as follow: 1. There were 5 behaviors of alpha generation primary students’ behavior appeared in the whole learning management, namely, 1) having technological skills; 2) daring to think and speak; 3) staying focused for a short time; 4) favoring online society; and 5) being enthusiastic when using digital technology. 2. Teachers provided learning management consistent with alpha generation primary students’ behavior. Emphasis was placed on activities that allowed students to create and exchange, driven by technology. Thinking skills were focused and students were required to have awareness and good consciousness while they felt relaxed and happy during learning. 3. The learning management model employed user experience as the development base by providing learning management consistent with alpha generation primary students’ behavior according to 5 characteristics, 15 activities. There were 13 activities consistent with the context of 6 features of learning management.
