Abstract: The Thesis representative Development of 3Dimensions of Active Learning Strategies to Enhance Critical and Creative Thinking Skills of Lower Secondary School Students Using the Pu Mae Fah Luang Science Learning Resource. The research objectives are as follows: (1) To study the components of an active learning strategies in intellectually, physically and socially to enhance critical and creative thinking skills. (2) To design and develop learning management with 3 dimensions of active learning strategies using the Pu Mae Fah Luang Science Learning Resource to enhance critical and creative thinking skills of lower secondary school students. (3) To study the effect of learning management with 3 dimensions of active learning strategies using the Pu Mae Fah Luang Science Learning Resource to enhance critical thinking and creative thinking skills of lower secondary school students. (4) To synthesize and create a model of 3 dimensions active learning to enhance critical and creative thinking skills of lower secondary school students using the Pu Mae Fah Luang Science Learning Resource. The research is a qualitative research with an Interpretivism Paradigm. The development tool was a learning management plan with 3 Dimensions of Active Learning Strategies using The Pu Mae Fah Luang Science Learning Resource The researcher collected the data by assessment critical and creative thinking skills an overall and assessment of critical and creative thinking skills in the process and product. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation. There are three components of active learning management: intellectually, physically and socially. There are also various active learning strategies that are relevant to each component but the key findings of this research be able to explain the underlying mechanisms of the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning and Problem-Based Learning as a active learning strategy covering 3 dimensions of Intellectually, physically and socially. Its not only confirmed the effectiveness of Project - Based Learning and Problem - Based Learning, but also demonstrated that Project - Based Learning and Problem - Based Learning are advanced learning strategies. The basic strategy must be planned beforehand. Students will gradually develop critical thinking and creative thinking skills. This will show explicit development at the end of the unit.
