dc.description.abstract | Due to the popularity of online shopping, Yunnan University students are frequently exposed to on-campus logistics and delivery services. Therefore, it is interesting to analyze an existing logistics service model with other models. This paper aims to analyze the best logistics model of Chenggong Campus based on the perspective of customers. The first step is to describe the three domestic logistics models. Next, a questionnaire is designed to collect data according to the research content. The best model is presented through the analytic hierarchy process. It was found that service price (0.56) and service efficiency (0.29) had a great impact on customer perspectives. The best logistics model was entrusted collection (0.4341). | en_US |
